Paul Hovsepian Named VP of Contracts & Supply Chain at QinetiQ

Paul Hovsepian shared on LinkedIn Saturday that he has been named vice president of contracts and supply chain at QinetiQ

In his new VP role, Hovsepian will leverage his three decades of experience in contracts and procurement in various sectors, including commercial, government, international and domestic markets. He will spearhead a team tasked with overseeing all aspects of contracts, subcontracts and supply chain for the company’s government and commercial businesses.

Hovsepian’s Career Highlights

The business executive most recently served as VP of contracts and procurement at The Cadmus Group. He also served as VP of contracts and subcontracts at Cubic, where he oversaw a global team in charge of all aspects of contracts and subcontracts, including customer relationships, negotiation strategies, increased margins, risk mitigation techniques, program implementation and stakeholder collaboration. He was also involved in mergers and acquisitions initiatives.

Hovsepian was the VP of contracts and procurement at Parsons for six years. He led the Parsons Government Services, or PGS, contracts team in delivering engineering services, technologies and hardware associated with cyber-intelligence, cybersecurity, weapons of mass destruction neutralization, environmental remediation and base operations support and construction.

The QinetiQ executive was also with Performance Indicator as senior VP of business operations. Prior to that, he spent over 12 years at Raytheon Technologies, which later merged with United Technologies Corp. in 2020 to establish RTX. Hovsepian served as VP of contracts for integrated defense systems and for command, control, communications and intelligence systems.
